In the hydraulic industry, it is important for axial piston pump installation technicians to master the disassembly method of the axial piston pump. Axial piston pump needs to be carried out according to certain requirements when it is disassembled. Palix Hydraulics has checked out common disassembly methods and procedures for everyone, hoping to help everyone successfully complete the disassembly of the axial piston pump. The main steps are as follows:
Turn the crosshead to the bottom dead point, and then unscrew the side column nut. Use two wrenches when tightening the chemical pump nut. Stagger 180° symmetrically to prevent bending of the side column.
Lift the upper crosshead with the side column and plunger upright and away from the stuffing box;
Use the plunger bracket to support the lifted plunger;
Unscrew the connecting bolt between the upper crosshead and the plunger to remove the side column, upper crosshead, plunger head and plunger ring;
Disassemble the connecting bolts of the big end of the connecting rod, loosen the connecting rod from the crank, and then lift the crosshead and the connecting rod one by one from the crankcase;
Disassemble the buckle and positioning pin on the cross pin shaft, press the cross pin shaft out of the cross head, and the connecting rod can be separated from the cross head;
Loosen the coupling connected with the reduction gear box, unscrew the fixing nut of each crankshaft bearing, and take out the main bearing cap, take off the half coupling;
Remove the crankcase cover at both ends of the crankcase, and lift the crankshaft axially out of the crankcase.
remove the cylinder end cover, with the end of the screw with a tie rod, hooks and other special tools, the discharge valve and suction valve valve sleeve, spring seat, spring, valve plate, etc.;
Remove the stuffing box from the cylinder. Remove the packing gland, packing box gland, and main packing gland. Pull out the graphite ring, packing ring, liquid seal ring, and guide ring.
